Glucosamine HCL(500 mg)

Glucosamine forms a fundamental role in the formation of joints, tendons, ligaments and bone. It can delay the breakdown of cartilage as well as rebuild it by stimulating glucosaminoglycans production and acting as an anti-inflammatory.

Chondroitin Sulphate(440 mg)

Chondroitin is a jelly-like substance that provides support in bone and cartilage. It stimulates the production of proteoglycans matrix in the cartilage and reduces inflammation in the joints.

Boswellia Serrata(80 mg)

Boswellia is a powerful natural anti-inflammatory reducing joint swelling, improving blood supply to inflamed joints, providing pain relief and reducing morning stiffness.

Turmeric(50 mg)

Turmeric contains curcumin which has powerful anti-inflammatory activity. Turmeric acts to block the formation of prostaglandin, cytokines and thromboxanes, thereby reducing inflammation. Evidence suggests curcumin may suppress the body’s response to tumor necrosis factor (TNF), a chemical produced by the immune system that causes inflammation related to rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and other arthritic conditions.

Vitamin C(50 mg)

Alongside Vitamin E, Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant mopping up free radicals which destroy cells, proteins and DNA.

Vitamin C is necessary for the growth, development and repair of all body tissues. It's involved in many body functions, including formation of collagen and the proper functioning of the immune system, wound healing and the maintenance of cartilage, bones, and teeth. Vitamin C is also a powerful antioxidant.

Zinc(30 mg)

ZInc reduces joint swelling and morning stiffness in rheumatoid arthritis and is essential for many enzymatic reactions.

Manganese (2.5 mg)

Manganese is essential for the formation of connective tissue which supports joint stability and allows a normal range of motion and is also required for bone formation.
