ORDERS, PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices quoted on the website are in UK pounds (GBP) and include VAT. Costs relating to international orders including currency conversion rates that you are charged via your bank may vary and are the responsibility of the customer.

You will be required to provide your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, delivery address and payment details. Upon completion of the checkout you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘Confirm Order’ during the ordering process.

Your order will be deemed accepted when you click on ‘Confirm Order’ or similar button, at which point the contract will come into existence and you will not be able to make any more changes to your order.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will call or email you to advise of this and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. The price of the product (which includes VAT) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct. However we reserve the right to vary our prices from time to time.

Despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. If the product's correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may cancel the order, refund you any sums you have paid and require the return of any products provided to you.

We accept payment with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express, and other payment methods such as Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. You must pay for the products before we dispatch them.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you purchase a subscription you agree to have the product shipped to you on a periodic basis. Your subscription will continue on a recurring basis until you choose to cancel. Your monthly payment will be deducted from your nominated payment method and once successfully processed, your order will be shipped the next business day.

There is no subscription fee associated with your monthly subscription. You will only be charged for the cost of the product and if outside of the UK international shipping costs may be applicable.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by logging into your account and navigating to “manage subscription”. Cancellations will be processed within 5 business days. If your subscription order is shipped before the cancellation is processed the cancellation will take effect from the next subscription date.

We reserve the right to vary the prices from time to time. We reserve the right to change the repeat order benefits, the discount amount and free delivery offer at any time. By placing your order you are authorising us to charge your card for future orders at the frequency you have selected. You can change the frequency or cancel your subscriptions at any time through the subscriptions section of our website.

If subscription products are no longer available, we will automatically suspend your subscription for that product and advise you of this, and no additional orders associated with that subscription will be placed. If any suitable replacement exists, you will need to create a new subscription order for that product.

If any problems arise with your delivery address, your account, or payment method, that we are unable to address, we will notify you via email using the email address associated with your subscription. In such cases, your subscription will be automatically placed on hold and no additional orders will be dispatched until you resolve the problem and reactivate your subscription.

All returns under subscriptions are subject to our returns policy.

We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so you will only be charged for orders that have been dispatched to you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If a product is faulty you may have a right to cancel the order, have the product replaced or to get some or all of your money back.

If you don’t see a difference in your dogs, simply send us an email describing briefly what's happening and send us the empty product containers.

Though most dogs show results in as little as 3 weeks, please allow 60 days for optimal results.

Write to us by email at Vets@Bbounce.co.uk  or post to Bbounce, Bbounce, 25 Bruton High Street, Bruton, Somerset BA10 OAH, UK confirming that you wish to cancel the order and including details of what you bought, when you ordered and your name and address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

PROVISION OF PRODUCTS

Orders within the UK: All orders placed within the UK and shipped to a UK address qualify for a free standard delivery. We use a variety of delivery methods to ensure that the most efficient service is always used for your selection.

International orders (outside the UK): For all other territories shipping charges will vary and the charge will be automatically calculated in the checkout process. Our delivery charges depend on a number of factors including the weight and size of the order. Please check the customs regulations in relation to nutritional supplements for pets.

Please be aware that additional customs charges or fees may be payable upon collection of your order. Customs charges or fees are not included or covered by us and are solely the responsibility of the customer.

We dispatch all authorised orders within 5 working days. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control which delay delivery.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control,and if there is a risk of sIgnificant delay you may contact us to cancel the order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

We will deliver the products to the address you specify for delivery in your order. Deliveries may require a signature. If there is damage to the packaging please make a note to this effect beside your signature. Please be specific about damage. Risk of damage to or loss of products passes to you at the time of delivery to you, or if you fail to take delivery, at the time when we tried to deliver.

You will only own the products once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Products supplied are not for resale.
