Meet our Founder
BBounce is headed up by veterinary surgeon and founder of Stem Cell Vet, Dr. Stewart Halperin.
In April 2012, Dr Halperin became one of the very first vets in the UK to carry out Adipose derived Stem Cell transplants in a dog with osteoarthritis.
Dr Halperin then went on to start the pioneering company, Stem Cell Vet, and now carries out regenerative therapies such as stem cell treatment on dogs, on a daily basis.
Dr Halperin is also a veterinary author and regularly appears on BBC radio as an authority on Veterinary topics and arthritis management in dogs.

Dr. Stewart Halperin understands first hand how upsetting it can be to have a dog who is unwell. In fact it’s why he became a vet.
Stewart became a Vet because he never wanted anyone to hear the words he was told by his Vet,
“There's nothing more we can do".
As a young boy his dog Benji became inactive.
Despite seeing many vets, his family was told there was nothing more they could do for Benji.
Stewart felt helpless and it was then that he decided to become a vet and dedicate his life to helping dogs live happier lives.
